Hi, check out WAMP (http://www.wampserver.com/en/). Never tried that myself (I prefer to install them myself), but few of my friends told me it was easy.

You can try EasyPHP, it contains Apache, MySQL (light version), PHP and php-myadmin (simple User Interface toa dministrate the MySQL Server wrotten in PHP).
It's to easy to use, the setup process does not need any exprerience, except choosing the port number (default 80).
