Thread of the message « Can I configure HAPedit to wrap long lines? »
[Subject] Posted 09/15/2005 at 05:43 by Troy Down
I'd prefer long lines in the editor to wrap around rather than use a horizontal slider bar to view them, is this possible with HAPedit?

One other question, is it possible to prevent clicking the cursor beyond the end of line, i.e. to the right of the last character, like in Notepad?

I agree very much!! Please add the Line Wrap feature. This should actually affect only the view of the code. Do not add the line break into the code since it would mess up the code as Mozilla based editors like Nvu do.

I agree with Troy on both points, is it possible to address these issues in the next release?

On the positive side the package is easy to use and will become my default HTML, CSS & ASP editor, many thanks to the author.
