Daniel,
Do you have an actual ETA on this or were you just mentioning it as a joke? 
Also, I'm wondering how useful translating the user interface of the forums would be unless the content of the messages was also translated (which it obviously can't be). Obviously you have much more experience with the complexities of translations than I because you are managing software in multiple translations and you yourself are obviously at least bi-lingual.

It's not a joke, but unfortunatelly, I can't estimate the time needed to do it.
I started to do it, little by little.

I think that it's not a good idea to make a multilanguage forum, because, you are right, I can't translate messages.
So I decided to separate each forum from other.
